Returns Policy

WE OFFER TWO YEAR WARRANTY

 

Our Warranty covers damage to the material or workmanship of the jewelry. The warranty does not cover lost item, scratches that come from normal wear and tear such as bent ring, lost stone, loose prong, improper use or storage of the item or any modification to your item done by a third party outside Pel & Co.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of buying it. All returns must have the original tag intact and must be returned in the Pel & Co gift box it came in.

 

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM

 

To return or exchange an item, fill out and submit a contact form ( please include your order number) or send us an e-mail at support@pelandco.com. When we’ve receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return or exchange your item. Please send your return via any traceable method. Make sure you insure the package for the amount you paid for the item(s) - we cannot be held responsible for returns that aren’t received or returns that are received damaged.
