Shipping and Returns

Every piece at Pel & Co is made-to-order and crafted by skilled artisans in the USA, ensuring no two pieces are factory-produced. Because of this, we take the time to create each piece with precision, care, and meaning—just for you.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

  • Made-to-Order: Please allow up to business 8-10 days for production before shipping.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

 

US Orders

Shipped via FEDEX or UPS. Delivery within 2-3 days from shipment date.

 

International Orders

Shipped via DHL. Delivery typically takes around 7 days from the shipment date. Please consider your local customs procedures, as they may affect delivery times.

 

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of buying it. All returns must have the original tag intact and must be returned in the Pel & Co gift box it came in. Please note that custom pieces, engraved jewelry, and final sale items are not eligible for returns but may be adjusted or resized depending on the design.

 

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM

To return or exchange an item, fill out and submit a contact form ( please include your order number) or send us an e-mail at support@pelandco.com. When we’ve receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return or exchange your item. Please send your return via any traceable method. Make sure you insure the package for the amount you paid for the item(s) - we cannot be held responsible for returns that aren’t received or returns that are received damaged.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
