All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US Holidays.
Delivery estimates are based on the date the order is dispatched/shipped, not from order date.
We ship to USA, US Territories and US Military addresses (APO, etc.) only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Next Day and 2nd Day delivery applies Monday to Fridays only. These deliveries do not qualify for Saturday Delivery.
All deliveries are tracked, and some packages depending on order value must be signed for.
When choosing a Next Day delivery option, orders must be placed by 11am (PST) Monday to Friday .eg. for delivery on Tuesday please place your order by 11am on Friday. Orders placed after 11am (PST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please be aware that US public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
